We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and certificates included.
Please Note:
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order under the “My Orders” section, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.
