SHIPPING POLICY At Almas Collection Jewelers, we are committed to delivering your precious handcrafted jewelry securely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for domestic (Pakistan) and international (USA and eligible countries) orders.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME Order handling time refers to the time it takes to prepare, manufacture, and pack your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PKT - Pakistan Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Handled and processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order / Custom Products: As our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted, customized or made-to-order products require a handling time of 14 to 21 business days.
  • Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (PAKISTAN) We deliver securely across all major cities in Pakistan.

  • Same City Delivery (Karachi): Transit time is 2 to 3 business days.
  • Other Cities Delivery: Transit time is 4 to 5 business days.
  • Domestic Shipping Cost: Flat Rs. 500.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (USA & REST OF THE WORLD) We proudly offer international shipping to the United States (USA), Canada, UK, UAE, and other selected destinations.

  • International Transit Time: Once the handling/manufacturing process is complete, the transit time for international delivery is 10 to 15 business days.
  • Total Delivery Period: Combining our handling time and international transit time, please expect a total delivery period of 6 to 8 weeks depending on the specific product requirements.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable international couriers such as DHL / FedEx / UPS.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES To ensure a smooth checkout experience and comply with international shipping standards, we offer standard flat-rate shipping for our customers.

  • USA Standard Shipping Cost: Flat rate of $35.00 USD per order. (Please adjust this amount to your actual flat rate).
  • Other Countries: Flat rate of $35.00 USD per order.

5. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

  • The product prices displayed on our website and the shipping costs paid at checkout do not include international customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery.

6. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s tracking portal.

7. DELAYS & UNFORESEEN ISSUES While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance holds. Almas Collection Jewelers is not liable for delays caused by the destination country's customs department.
